Awake! Still! As in never went to sleep! Am going now, however stupid that may seem. Am exhausted. Just writing to asy that the Fight Club fanlisting has been revamped, totally! new layout, new additional buttons/codes, and a new script! I’m switching all my fanlistings and joined pages to Enthusiast, and will sometime soon maybe open my fanlistings collective. Which has just been lying around online, probably feeling very naked and not very much in love with Times New Roman…

Am yet again rambling, have joined about 50 fanlistings, trying to stay awake. But to no avail! Alas, I am only human, and my back is aching from all the sitting. Dog is even warming my bed, looks comfy…

Where’s my Pepsi Max? Don’t think caffeine will be enough, but thristy, and Pepsi Max is tasty. Yum.

Oh, yeah, new layout, do you like Phantom of the Opera? Saw it on Christmas Day, was awesome, want Gerry Butler for meself! He was truly extraordinary, very good singing voice, Val wasn’t tortured at all.

Maybe will watch Aladdin. Have got DVD. Oh shut up already.

Holiday gift/sign

The only time I actually remember to be appreciative of my friends and affs:

holiday banner

Enjoy it! That’s an order! Well. Anyway. I couldn’t have done it if mum hadn’t picked up my slides from the photolab. Bless her. Which reminds me, I should post a few pictures I took in November, from said slide. Since I never post any pictures, and the site isn’t so graphic heavy at the moment…

Well, I think they came out ok, considering half of the film was ruined. Which I knew it would be. Lighting problem. I really don’t know what I was thinking…

Busy, should sleep. Have been cleaning and working all day. Christmas preparations, and mum convinced me that I should be the one doing the cleaning, since I am on holiday. Huh. Makes absolutely no sense. Well. Done is done. Decorated the Christmas tree, Pal ironed the curtains. Mum said, ‘I can’t be bothered, really exhausted, actually, bad week at work, I guess we won’t have christmas curtains this year,’ in that guilt trip way even! I have no idea how parents manage that, making us children feel guilty about nothing! Children, for gods sake! Hmpf.

Well, having had “underneath my Christmas-tree” ringing in my head all day (the radio-station won’t play anything else than Band Aid 20, Mariah Carey’s “All I Want This Christmas”, and Britney’s said song, which I can’t remember anything but the “underneath my christmas tree” -part) I shall go to bed and dream more about Harry Potter. Yesterday, when I read about the sixth book being released in next July, it automatically clicked my Harry Potter -dreams into action. And no, I don’t dream about Harry Potter perse, they’re just Harry Potter related or -esque. Really, it’s got nothing to do with obsession, I am not lying. I watched the Shining (the 1980 Kubrick-version) and had nightmares even though the movie itself wasn’t very very scary. It’s a mentality thing. Pun intended.

Oh yeah, one more thing. My Lord of the Rings DVD collection is done save for the Fellowship of the Ring Extended Edition. Will order it now, thanks for reminding me. I got my last Theatrical version dvd, The Two Towers, today. Yay. Movie-marathon, here I come.

randomness.

Warning for random randomness presented in a very random way:

I have terrible luck with spammers. No matter what precautions I take, they find me and torture me. I want to punch something in!

Am home now, anyway. No school till January 10th, yay! I’m finally getting my computer connected to the internet tomorrow. No more webmail for half a month!

Mum wanted to buy some children’s movie on VHS. Me and pal said, ‘No, no more evil VHS, get DVD!’ Mum says, ‘Have no DVD player’, we say ‘You have no VHS player either.’ ‘I’ll take yours, since you only use it like all the time,’ she says. ‘Hah,’ I say, and pay for the DVDs while Pal takes mum to look at “very cheap DVD-players, max 50€”, or so Pal tells mum. I get there, they’re paying for 150€ DVD-VHS combo. Pal couldn’t find a DVD-player cheaper than 99€, ‘Horribly expensive’, mum says. Somehow she thinks getting DVD and VHS in one for 150€ is a bargain. Well, it is, but still 50€ more than getting only the DVD player. So now mum has got a fancier DVD player than I do, blasphemy I say, as it’s me and Pal rigging it up and using it for her anyway. I can’t complain much, since I have three DVD-players, including my DVD-rom and PS2.

I hate Christmas, you spend a lot of money and then feel guilty about it until next Christmas. And about 200€ on food, which I certainly don’t need. I have plenty of energy stored around my hips, could live on it for a year I presume, since fitting into new trousers is a menace. I hate shopping!

Watched Van Helsing with Pal. What a farse! We couldn’t stop laughing with Pal at the terrible dialogue. It wouldn’t have been half as terrible if they’d rewritten the script. Excellent comedy, though. Best one I’ve seen in a while.

What else…Oh yeah, I’ve maybe been offered a job. Will keep fingers crossed. Can’t believe my teacher asked me if I wanted to do websites for his artist-friends, since I’m a terrible fuck up at showing up on time at school. Ever.

Will update more before next semester, promise! I want new layout, as this…disgusting.
